Before I received care, I had a lot of problems with tightness in my upper back and also some eczema that I was experiencing.

I learned about Energize Chiropractic and Wellness through my mom. She's a personal trainer, and one of her clients actually recommended me to this spot, so I wanted to check it out and try.

I started because I wanted to be able to give my spine a lot more range of motion and then also see if I could also improve my eczema at the same time.

My journey has been very good because I've retained, like, I think 10% or 20% more range in my upper back and also improved, or there have been fewer flare-ups of my eczema as well. That's been good.
